All products Sartori Electronics enjoy 2 years warranty on the product and all accessories from the date of purchase for defects originating in manufacturing . The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation and / or maintenance , negligence , inability to use or misuse than reported and recommended in the installation manual and instruction manual of the device , an integral part of the sales contract . The same goes for the damage caused to the devices from weather events and natural or vandalism , or by circumstances that can not be traced to manufacturing defects . IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT IN 48 HOURS
We replace the defective products with new units in 48 hours of receipt of product failure. The 48 hours since taking the technician informs the customer of the due replacement.
The customer will have to:

- Attach to the parcel a copy of the invoice.
- Use any type of registered shipping with tracking facilities.
